Exercise, Your Weapon of Choice

In today's community, stuffed of health dangers we are always on the edge. It’s really hard just to walk out that door of our home and face unknown health threats. No matter how credible our health insurances are, we are still vulnerable.

What's more daunting is that, our opponents are those we can't see, or shall we say too tiny for our eyes to see. Here is another reality; we cannot just get rid of them as they are part of the environment.

Thanks to our natural and biological protection we can still go home and the afternoon, have dinner, have a good nights sleep and survive for the next day. Our immune system is the essential against these pathogenic agents that we face.

With that expertise, the only approach we can do is to fortify our immune system. This way we will be guaranteed of the health protection we can get. Here are some of the suggestions we must keep in mind with regards to our biological protection.

Number 1 is fever; this is our body's method of killing bacteria’s. For that reason if you have one, do not immediately take medications to cool down body heat. Just have a lot rest and let your body work.

But if your diet is already afflicted, you are already weakened and have other warning sign that is the warning that you should see your medical doctor. Fever is an excellent thing but abnormally high heat range which never goes down is a signal that you have an approaching danger.

The following thing is never underestimate the power of St. Paul exercise. This is one means of making our immune system active. Constant exercise will significantly help our resistance against these pathogenic agents because we are inducing fever, yes our body temperature goes up.

Nutrition also plays a major role. Having the right foods and not those who does nothing should never be neglected. Every year research has always proven the value of eating natural vitamin sources. This is also the finest way in maintaining the health of our immune system.
