Tough Exercise Will Lead to Hematuria

All kinds of things that is used or done in extremes can lead us to peril. That is the common in life. A thing that is excessively used is not beneficial already. In our situation what we look into to be beneficial can also direct to a life threatening problem.

Hematuria or in simple term the presence of blood in the urine has one minor surprising cause, exercise. To make it more specific, when you have your work out up to the point of punishing your self, you are prone to this condition.

Blood presence in the urine can be detected in two approaches, and we use words to describe it, macroscopic and microscopic. The previous relates to the blood that you can actually view when you pee. While the second option requires tiny interventions to know that there is an appearance of red blood cells (RBC) in the urine.

Usually, the normal factors of hematuria concentrate on anything that relates to renal system, bladder and prostate problems. May it be unknown growth, enlargement or infection, these organs are the usual victims which generally results to blood presence.

There is also a condition called painless hematuria. That means to say, the above statements are often accompanied by discomfort and problems with in urination. Painless hematuria is distinctive, there will be no problems (dysuria) and pain when you wake up one morning and notice the abrupt change of color in your urine.

This is where strenuous exercise comes in. Although the reasons are unknown, too much work out can cause your bladder to react in such a way that the blood vessels that are near it becomes affected.

The blood that is developed then goes to your urinary tract and when you urinate, it comes out with it. It may take you by wonder however if this thing happens you don’t need to worry instantly, least you can do nothing. Observe it for three days and if it stops on the second, you will have no problem.

But if it persists more than three days, that will be an alarm to you. That is a sign that you should seek medical attention. Be cautious of everything that you do. Don’t punish your self, you will not solve a problem that way, it will only aggravate.
