There’s nothing that can beat walking as an exercise. Why? It is so because you are doing it everyday. So if you are clever enough, you can make your walking a daily exercise.
Walking as an exercise is a very good way to make your heart increase its endurance, though simple, this type of exercise will really prepare for the different troubles you may face which requires physical strength.
Or you can make walking an official exercise for your daily needs. You can wake up early in the morning and do some walking just until you perspire. That’s a fast paced exercise but it will make your aging go slower.
